Refund policy
We offer a 60-day return policy on all Mooleren products, including custom sizes and made-to-order vent covers. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it,
- in its original packaging,
- free from installation damage or modifications,
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
All products and sizes we sell are eligible, including custom and made-to-order vent covers.
To start a return, contact us at sales@mooleren.com. Return requests must be approved before sending the item back.
Return Shipping
If you request a refund within 60 days of delivery, return shipping is free. Contact us at sales@mooleren.com for return instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@mooleren.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- items that have been installed or used,
- sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
